Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) allows your products to be stored, tracked, and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment centers. With FBA, products are qualified for Amazon Prime and FREE shipping, eligible for the Buy Box and the competitive-listing page on unit price, and handled by Amazon Customer Service for returns and other customer needs.
So, how does this work?
Following Amazon’s FBA guidelines, we ensure your product is e-commerce ready through:
When your product arrives at the warehouse, Amazon will sort your inventory and send it to different distribution center based on the geographical demand.
And, the best part is this step requires nothing from you. You can also decide if Amazon is able to change and/or commingle your product.
As soon as it arrives to the warehouse, your product will be entered into Amazon’s database. This will allow you to activate your listing so you can start advertising.
When an order is placed on Amazon, each item in the orders is immediately processed and prepared for shipping.
If you are selling your products on a third party website (such as your own website), you will need to be automatically or manually route each order through Multi-Channel Fulfillment.
Each order is handled by the closest fulfillment center. At this point in the process, you and your customers can track the product’s shipping status using information provided by Amazon.
