Assess Project
We will assess your project by identifying the dosage type, supplement type (capsules, tablets, powders), packaging specifications, and order size and providing the certifications and special testing.
Design Formulation
Our experts will identify the ingredients and formulate them to meet label claims 100%, including appropriate overages.
Draft a Quote
We provide tiered pricing that offers quantity discounts. We’ll also prepare a full list of active and inactive ingredients and complete the packing specifications.
Design Formulation
We will schedule production, test all raw materials, and manufacture the product in our UL/NSF GMP-certified facility. Then, we will confirm that the order meets the specifications.
Assess Project
We’ll conduct quality control and assurance testing. Note: all tablets and capsules are 100% visually inspected.
Design Formulation
We will ship the product to the final destination with a Certificate of Analysis.

These certifications, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ensure that our products have the identity, strength, composition, quality, and purity that appear on the label. QAI offers organic certification to processors and manufacturers who wish to label organic products. This program applies to operations that process or handle agricultural products intended to be sold, labeled, or represented as “100 percent organic,” “organic,” or “made with organic ingredients.”
The Natural Products Association was the first organization to offer a third-party GMP certification program specific to manufacturing dietary supplements and dietary ingredients while serving as the basis for the GMP Certification Program. GMP standards represent the industry’s best practices and the highest level of controls as required by FDA.
NSF International’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Registration Program enables manufacturers to become independently registered by NSF International to meet GMP requirements for manufacturing dietary supplements.
NSF developed the Certified for Sport program to help minimize the risk that a dietary supplement or sports nutrition product contains a substance banned by one of the major sports organizations. Under this program, products are tested to ensure they are free of banned substances prohibited by various international sports organizations.
UL’s third-party accredited certifications help customers ensure the quality, safety, and adequacy of systems used in manufacturing or packaging plants, distribution centers, and warehousing operations.
Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster the proper use of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used for organic products.
Health Canada is the government institution responsible for improving and maintaining the health of Canadian citizens. The department obtains, analyzes, and records all information on natural health products, parties involved, and activities and processes to identify risks and possible complaints in each product before it is released to the market.

The RIBUS “Certified Contract Manufacturer Program” (CCM) is designed to recognize and support contract manufacturers that have demonstrated the ability to produce tablets and capsules using Nu-FLOW, Nu-RICE, or Nu-MAG (functional, rice-derived replacements for Silicon Dioxide and Mg Stearate), through a minimum of six product commercialization using an (or a combination) of the products.

Yes, we have many international customers. Each country has its own customs and regulatory requirements. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with your individual country’s regulatory requirements prior to manufacturing dietary supplements.
Yes. To assure the best quality and pricing, we do have minimum order quantities. While there are some exceptions, typically we ask for a minimum of:
- 500,000 tablets or capsules per production run;
- 5,000 jars of powder per production run (except 10,000 jars minimum for protein powders).
