Pre-Production
Following on-site quarantine and testing, all ingredients are
weighed in our isolated Weigh department. If required, each batch
is transported to our Granulation department, then sent to Milling
and finally loaded into an appropriately sized blender in the
Blending department. The blended preparation is then checked for
accuracy by Quality Control before it is released for production
into capsules, tablets, or powders.
Tablet
Coating
Advanced technology and the latest high-speed equipment enable
us to spray both clear and color film coatings on tablets. This
capability provides you, our customers, with the unique opportunity
to take your products a step further in dosage control and color
identification.
Packaging
Our packaging services complete our turn-key operation. We have
individual lines with electronic tablet and capsule counters,
powder fillers for jars, cans and packets as well as liquid filling
capabilities. We also have both pressure-sensitive and glue-on
labeling equipment, enabling us to provide exceptional retail
packages.
