PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND FORMULATION
Paragon will gladly assist you in every step of new product development. We can
help you develop a single new formulation, create a line extension or formulate
a new line of supplements. Our sales, purchasing and technical specialists work
together with you to ensure that your marketing objectives and ingredient specifications
are all met and remain within your budget.
PRE-PRODUCTION
Following on-site quarantine and testing, all ingredients are weighed in our Weigh
Room. If required, each batch is transported to our Granulation Department, then
sent to Milling and finally loaded into an appropriately sized blender in the Blending
Department. The blended preparation is then checked for accuracy by Quality Control
before it is released for production.
TABLET COATING
Advanced technology and the latest high-speed equipment enable us to spray both
clear and color film coatings on your tablets. These coatings can help your customers
quickly distinguish among different tablets and enhance dosage control.
PACKAGING
Our packaging services complete our turnkey operations. We have individual lines
with electronic tablet and capsule counters. Plus we have powder fillers for jars
and cans, and equipment to produce packets. Our labeling capabilities allow us to
apply either pressure-sensitive or glue-on labels, enabling us to provide you with
exceptional retail packages.
